Ping Pong.
The perfect brain game.
Ping Pong for Good (PPG) is a philanthropic initiative to promote the importance of exercise for brain health.
It seeks to raise awareness about the many benefits (physical, mental and social) of playing ping pong.
PPG exists to establish ping pong as a medium that connects people through exercise and play and to improve the lives of those living with brain disease.
WHY PPG?
Generate enthusiasm for playing ping pong as a healthy activity and engage people of all ages to have fun, get exercise and keep their brain in shape,
Educate people about the benefits of ping pong (physical, mental and socially) especially for seniors and kids stuck at home due to virtual learning. and the pandemic.
Create awareness about ping pong as a form of physical therapy to treat and slow down the progression of Parkinson. Highlight the promising findings from recent research studies associated with Parkinsons and Alzheimers and support funding for future studies.
Provide resources for ping pong set ups of all types (full size, mini, conversion tops and portable nets that can attach to any tabletop) even when there is limited space and/or budget.
Activate the Ping Ping for Good Care Campaign, providing the program resources to increase ping pong play among boomers and seniors.

For Inspiration.
While quarantined during the recent pandemic, Eileen Greene set a likely world record for a 90+ year old for consecutive rallies with playing ping pong, hitting 1,023 CONSECUTIVE hits, without a mistake, over 11 minutes and 37 seconds of non-stop play! Eileen has inspired a movement to encourage table tennis play of all ages. She wants other seniors like herself to experience the significant mental and physical benefits of playing ping pong during quarantine, or at any time!
